Hazards, vulnerability and risks in the territory
OBJECTIVES:
Provide an overview of the terminological and conceptual foundations of risk analysis, namely in the context of some territorial management instruments. Contact with methods for preparing gedatabases and with models for susceptibility and hazard assessment, developed in a GIS environment. Carry out exercises of spatial analysis of susceptibility, identification of elements at risk and dasymetric cartography.

III. Organization and processing of spatial data in GIS for the analysis of natural phenomena;
IV. Susceptibility and hazard asessment of natural phenomena (e.g. soil erosion by water, river flooding, landslides, aquifer contamination, forest fires);
V. Identification of elements at risk and dasymetric cartography.
