This course is aimed at anyone interested in understanding all wine production, from its historical bases to modern winemaking techniques. A new tasting approach will make it possible to quickly and simply understand wine styles and characterize individual preferences. Therefore, classes have real wine tasting to explain the topics covered in theoretical classes.

Descrição

The main goal is to understand the core aspects of wine production and appreciation bridging its historical roots and the recent developments in flavour neuronal processing. To this purpose, several topics will be addressed aimed at:

- Describing the different winemaking processes and respective outputs;

- Tasting wine using an emotion based approach to recognize the main wine styles and consumer preferences;

- Describing the essence of historic and heritage sustainability of wine production and enotourism activities;

- Experiencing the different degrees of food and wine pairing.
