Sumário

This initiative is part of the Activity Plan of CAPP's research line PopMob - Population and Mobility, of which the organizers are members.
Migration is one of the most important, if not the most important issue on the contemporary European agenda. In the case of Portugal, which has traditionally been perceived as a country of emigration, immigration and more recently asylum, have become increasingly visible phenomena. They are also subject to regulation through public policy with a view to reception and integration. At ISCSP, migration is not only a research topic for several professors from the various study centers, but it is also possible to identify a link in the pedagogical domain through the various specialized curricular units offered in the bachelor and master courses.
